the worst service of Kafeterija I ever been. Since that’s the only casual coffee place on Belgrade waterfront we often going there for meetings. One of the time the male waiter waited 20 minutes to ask us what we want to order. He served everyone around us, just trying to ignore our table, we did not understand what is the reason. After I complained to the bar, they come right away. The second time is last week on 2023 February 2nd. We ordered the Jam and toast for brunch, the waiter brought us with a very very smelly plate. We are trying to wave to the waiters for change, but no body seems seeing us. So we caught the female cashier staring at us, I thought she would just tell her colleagues which is standing next to her. Instead to do that she rolls her eyes to us, not only once, she did few times!!! It was unbelievable! Since I am with friend for meeting so did not want to start a argument. I can’t believe how people in service can behave like that? Specially in Belgrade waterfront such a international spot in Serbia, it almost represents Serbia to international people from all over the world. The service is extremely bad, rude and disrespectful. We just very shocked how people can feel like to act like that and without any reason. Hopefully the manager can training the employee better, and Kafeteija as a growing business also should improve the management. It was very unpleasant experience...
Read moreWhen i thought that nothing can surprise me, i have found Kafeterija. We were there with my girlfriend, on Saturday 26.12.2020 at around 12hs. After a walk on the river side we decided to entere there for a coffe and the first surprise was that there were no instructions at all where to order, so for this we asked to the barmans and they barely replied "order to the waiters" (never a hello). When ordering to a waiter, the first one just ignored us and the second just told us to wait. We were standing there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and nobody ever told us anything, not even a "hello" which i consider is a matter of education and respect to a person and mostly to a customer who pay your salary an profits. The level of amateurism and huge lack of customer service was amazing for me. We stoped as it was in front of us (there are places around where to buy) more than for their coffe. The quality of the coffe is actually lower than average! I am not a fan of Starbucks, but definitelly they are lot more profesional, educated, with an understanding of the relation "seller/customer" and with a better coffe for sure. Never again to this disgusting place and its disgusting personell, and i will strongly recommend you to walk a bit more and sit in other places around as they are for...

Alright, let's get one thing straight—I'm a guy who knows his way around the high-end scene. I've sipped champagne in places where the glasses cost more than my first car, and I've dined at tables where the salt shaker alone could fund a small country, am I a snob? Yes I am and Im picky af.
Walking in you get that instant hit of 'Im home,' but without the snooty side-eye or the need for a tie. It's got all the bells and whistles of a place that takes its coffee seriously—But here's the kicker—it feels like home. Like, if your home had a secret room with a coffee barista who knows your order before you even open your mouth this is it.
It's not just about the drink; it's about the experience, the conversation, the laughter.
And the coffee? Well if you like it poured with a little bit of umpfff then good.
The staff? They're not just making coffee; they're your new best friends. They remember your name, your usual, and probably your life story by the third visit. There's no pretense here, if you’re nice to them they are nice...
