I have to say that pleasant experience had been there, service provided by the employees was really on point but sadly some miscommunication about problems that occured because of my problems. Fast and on point services even when leaving the employees knew that we decided to go our own way and came with the check. I had a drink because of the working style that I own and thankfully the customers were also polite and nice people so the whole experience was a succes. I dont usually visit restaruants or bars because of my financial situations but still a good feeling and aura about the entire atmosphere. Would consider coming for treat again but maybe after some life decisions so if anyone considers visiting I will approved this service of the consuming and social industry. 4,3 points out of 5 because of me not giving a tip sadly forgeting and a little bit of frustrating conversation with the receptions serving us our meal slash drinks. If you want to win your customers over the best strategy is to remember the faces of people usually visiting this place getting to the community that usually spends time at the same spot for time being for interaction with people around themselves as part of the local community. I used to like this place a lot when they opened it, food was great and service as well. Sometimes we go there for the daily menu and I think it's not that good as it used to be. Some of the waiters are even rude, but not all of them to be fair. Their problem is usually the food card at the end. We received them from our employer and of course we want to use them. But somehow there is an issue when we want to split the bill. It's not our fault we have it and I don't want to listen every time we go for lunch that they need a calculator for this activity, or that it will take longer or that it is not common to split the bill or whatever. We inform waiters that we want to use them in advance and still they act surprised and even blamed us that we didn't say it. Amazing IPA beer but unfortunately it is the only good thing they have, ordered the spreads and always taste different, they bring a very terrible bread, when before one of the top thing was their bread, dont know if they run out or what but I remember this place for the good beer and the superb big, tasty and fresh loaf of bread, if the run out they should inform the customers something they didnt do because they are just interested in quantity and not quality, had a fried cheese thinking I would have a nice traditional slovak fried cheese it seems they buy them already in sticks and they were just like if I go to the store and buy them and fry them for myself, there is nothing that makes worth it to go there other than the beer and the terrace they have, we also ordered the salad with chicken they were giving old salad as the tips of the salad...
