Park Račianske mýto (Olivovka) — Attraction in Bratislava

The park per se it's OK. A lot of greenery and a fountain. Problem are the "weird" people sitting in the pubs around, there is a lot of drunk asocials around the place, mainly during late hours, but during the day there is a lot of new mums with strollers in the park walkig and elderly people around the fountain. It's not a place you would go as a tourist, it serves mostly the local community but the same applies to Trnavské mýto -you can find there a lot of homeless people, beggars, drunks and crazy yelling people at night. Beautiful park, but it used to be a cementery before. Park is quite big according to the Bratislava green areas. Location is also perfect. I could say, next to the old city center area. Park is as well just on the important cross road's Šancová street and Račianská street, Mýtna street is as well connected to that cross road and ofcorse Blumental. Skvely park s kopou stromou, vhodny na prechádzky ako aj posedenie si na lavicke alebo na trave. V blizkosti kaviarne, cukrarne, bagetaren.

Pri bagetarni zastavka autobusov a hned vedla elektriciek.

Na obchodne stretnutia je vhodna restika pub Red Cafe, hned za nou je 24h lekaren! Moze sa zist.. Za nou je zubna ambulancia a notar a este dalej tatrabanka.

Oproti bagetarni na opacnej strane je La putika bar a pri nej bus zastavka dalsia.

V strede parku je fontana s intenzivym gejzirom vody.. Funkčná skoro po cely rok. Kusok za nou su detske ihriska, preliezky, basket ihrisko, hojdačky.

Z Račka to mate jednu zastavku na Trnavske mýto (smerom dole) a opacnym smerom (hore do kopca) zase na hlavnú...
