I had two very different experiences at this restaurant. Dinner, was really very good. Service was great, we had a sever Radko. His badge said trainee, but frankly he was far better than anyone else that worked there. He was attentive, funny and lived to make sure the guests were comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. While he was only a trainee, he was the only friendly waiter and seemed to work harder than anyone else. The next day I went again for coffee and lunch, sadly Radko was not there. We started in two, my friend finished his coffee and went to rest, 30 minutes later our dirty cups still lingering on the table, no question of how am I doing, would I like anything else or even bother to clean the table. I finally catch someones eye... and they nod, but go off to serve two other tables and go back to the station before remembering that I had a request 10 minutes later. I asked for him to clean the table... I had to ask 3x before all the dirty dishes were removed, and I asked for a new cappuccino and the lunch menu... the second cappuccino was terrible, just coffee with milk sadly. I didn't drink it. For lunch I ordered same as I had for dinner, as the lunch and dinner menu doesn't change sadly. The risotto came out same as previous night. Its good. I asked for salt and pepper and in a fine dining restaurant, I expected, as Radko brought me the previous night, grinders... however the student waiter brought shakers. I think the biggest problem is this restaurant only hires 1 waiter and all the rest say trainee or student... now that is excusable, if it wasn't a money saving tactic of what should be a fine dining restaurant in a 5 star hotel. 4 trainee or student waiters on the lunch shift for 12 tables. Someone in training deserves a break, but the restaurant is clearly abusing this hiring tactic and it represents the hotel and overall experience. The food itself is very nice, so they should staff correctly considering the prices are...

We met today together with our Executive Chef, Director of Events and General Manager and discussed your upcoming event.
Wedding dinner is an important event for every person, especially for the newlyweds, their families and closest friends.
It should be a time to celebrate a special day and time to remember.
After the discussion we had yesterday I understood there was not common understanding on both sides, different price expectations and food/ meal taste preferences which we are afraid might affect the success of your important event. We are concerned whether we are able to deliver the services you expect from a wedding celebration venue.
As this is a crucial factor for the succesful cooperation, I regret to inform you we have decided to quit our discussions and would like to recommend you to select a venue which fully meets your expectations and preferences.
We truly believe and wish you to have a...
