Low quality food, with worst staff ever. We arrived at 14 and buffet was till 15. We took buffet, there was lot of people and not much food left, i took first soup which was ok and a little bit of duck which was acceptable, but not really good, the rest of the dishes didnt look really nice and if it was not dried out it was almost empty, there was still 1 hour left, so i think they should fill up at least a little bit. At the raw seafood and sushi was also not much choice and the shrimp and and skin of salmon was already swimming in water with no meat on it, i asked the staff friendly in english if he can bring just a littlebit more salmon, he didnt understand me so i asked a skinny chinese staff with glasses the same, he took the buffet tong and give this skin of salmon on my plate without asking me. I never saw something like this in my life, i gave it back and gave the other things to the wok to get it warm and served, it was acceptable dish. Ah and yes not even rice was left. Then i went to the sushi took a few pieces, and made me a second plate for the wok, i just took few vegetables and shrimp, and took of the salmon from 4 of the 10 left sushi, and gave it to my wokplate. The waiter came with the left rice of the sushi and asked my girlfriend in slovak language how i can do this, and waste the rice, i was already very angry at this little boy, he gave me the left rice of the sushi on my plate without asking again and brought me my food, i never got unfriendly, we gave no tip and went our way. But never in my life happend something like this. If you want good restaurant and good food never visit this restaurant, cheap prices but cheapest food and stuff i...
Read moreAll you can eat typical chinese restaurant. The food is simply ok, i wasnt expecting anything better or worse. The guy who owns it(probably, cause it looked like it) showed us the way to the table. We could not communicate because apparently noone speaks english in Slovakia...even if they do understand you, they wont...but the sad part is...they dont seem like they wanna help the tourist. They wont slow down or show with their hands and gestures so you communicate. Nope. Slovakian is all you will get and ofcourse NO SMILES. It was almost intimidating....nevertheless he told us what we can and cannot eat with certain money, so we went ahead and ate the "all you can eat" buffet. Needless to say i didnt want to be there from the moment he greeted us and everytime i was refilling my plate i was feeling unwelcome. I could pass all that but when we left to pay, there was a chinese guy , young around 16-20 that works there. I was like "YES he MUST speak english..." So i waved at him "can we pay?" and he understood that....and he started talking slovakian !!! I asked him "do you speak english?" He seemed angry....silent...looked down for a few silent seconds ...turned up to me and said "do you speak chinese?" . I was stunned and gave him a smile, just to grasp a little friendliness or hospitality....nope. He took our money(card) gave us the receipt and a calendar in a way that i received as "there get your free calendar and eff off."
I wouldnt go as a tourist again.Especially for that chinese man. 2 stars because the...
Read moreOne of the better asian restaurants in Bratislava. They also offer an ‘all you can eat’ and wok buffet. The place looks nice, maybe a little too full of decorations but decent, clean and well arranged for smaller and larger groups of guests. It wasn’t very busy when we visited but the waiters were very friendly, quick and helpful. The menu choices included all the classic dishes and then a few originals that you wouldn’t commonly find. Prices slightly over the average but worth it. The food was fresh, well prepared and plentiful, even though nothing exceptional, it was good. Small curiosity: they have robots that help bring larger orders to the tables (check photos). The restaurant is easily accessible both by public transportation and car, they have a dedicated parking lot for 12 cars. Overall...
