Double Tiffany — Restaurant in Prešov

I have chosen this restaurant for my wedding reception due to it's location at first, searching through Google for possible venues, but when I visited the place and saw it in person, I instantly fell that this is it! Perfect place for our wedding celebration. As I live in the UK, Manager and I agreed on email contact. He sent me possible wedding menu and we calculated the costs. Even when we had to make some last minute changes, nothing was a problem. I had to alter vegetarian option for my brother, deserts for my future husband and his son. I had also specific idea for the table decoration, which they accommodated and set the table exactly as I wanted. In the evening of the reception the waiters serving were very friendly, kind, accommodating, serving efficiently and reflected on our needs. The food was very tasteful, all our guests were happy with my selection and how they were prepared. I had one of the best evenings of my life, my special day really special.

Even for more ordinary afternoon, I highly recommend their coffees and the Hot chocolate is one not...

We visited this restaurant, and the initial impression was very positive. The ambiance was pleasant, the table was clean, and the service was attentive. The dessert was average—not exceptional but decent. However, the biggest disappointment was the special soup, which had an unpleasant smell and tasted terrible. We decided to return it, as it was simply inedible.

The real surprise came when we received the bill—the soup was still charged despite being returned. This is something that should not happen in a good restaurant. Admittedly, it was my mistake for not checking the bill, but I never expected such a practice. To make matters worse, I left a generous tip without realizing the issue. The staff insisted that the soup was fine, but for me, that justification simply does not hold.

Pekná restaurácia na námestí. Na dverach sice milion nálepok, no vo vnutri príjemné prostredie. Jedlo bolo skutocne vynikajúce, ceny asi primerane námestiu, možno trošičku vyššie. Prečo teda 2 hviezdičky? No pre obsluhu. Teda pre jej polovicu. Slečna bola po evidentne opici, tvárila sa, že je tam za trest, na privolanie reagovala, že ju obťažujem, s kolegyňou sa pred zákaznikmi bavila o prebdenej noci, no proste neprofesionálne. Cez rovnošatu mala nevkusnu vytahanú mikinu. K steakom sme nedostali steakovy nôž ani ja, ani priatelka. Druhá slečna, ktorá nás obsluhovala bola príjemná, vysmiatá, upravená a evidentne ju práca bavila. Mrzí ma, keď ma odrádza návrat do dobrej restaurácie, v ktorej mi neprekážaju ani vyssie ceny práve obsluha. Ventilácia bola tiež velmi zlá. Oblecenie nám "smrdelo" este...
