Look I love comming there, food is always good but they usually have new server and it goes always somewere wrong. First time everything was great, second time I got drink called Cooler done wrong(there was waayy too much monin in there and no sprkling water like it should be), server didnt know what she was doing, third time we got a Cancun salad with panco chicken and server charged us separately for salad and chicken so we paid over 4€ more than we should, the last time we have been there the drink was correct but the salad had onion in it even tho we ordered without onion(happens but damn). It almost never went completely smooth for some reason. But I can also tell you the reason for it - you serve it on a hot cast-iron plate. That you should tell your cook - and she/he needs to cook it less on the grill. The cast iron plate looks great, but to serve salad and cole-slow on it - is a no-go. The Ruccola was dead when served, and i have never eaten hot (temperature wise) cole-slaw. it was actually disgusting. For several years now, about twice a year, my wife and I visit this restaurant hoping that something will improve, as this place has great potential. Besides its excellent location in the city center, it has a cozy atmosphere and decent decor. There's an adjacent parking lot, and in the summer, you can sit at a table on the outdoor terrace. The menu even includes a good selection of meat dishes, but unfortunately, none of them taste good at all. I don’t understand why the owner hasn’t replaced the chef, as the food is absolutely terrible.
