Vodni stolp - Water Tower — Attraction in Maribor

Horrible service. Great location, but the worst waiter ever. I understand that in busy hours it's hard to keep up, but if 4 prople are sitting at the table, and you bring only 2 orders and say: The coffe will come soon" and forget about it, and after 30 minutes, we remind the waiter about our coffe, and then the waiter forgot about it and continued to service people who just came, makes you think what kind of a circus is this. Also the bar was filled with unwashed glasses stacked like nobody cleaned the dishes the entire day. I wish for example we were rude or something so we would understand why weren't the waiter doing its job properly, however we weren't loud, rude or anything to excuse...

Was really looking forward to having a drink here, but the service was a huge disappointment. When the waiter finally came to our table, he simply asked what we would like, however we hadn’t received a menu. He proceeded to tell us that the menu was on the door (not visible at all from our table) but that it changes so often. If that’s the case, I would have expected the waiter to notify us of the options…Not that hard to provide good service but this...

Old water tower that used to be part of the city wall of Maribor. The building dates back from 1555 and now hosts a bar with terrace outside. The staff that was on duty during our visit spoke German and English.
