My wife's favourite bread shop. They sell (let's call them) healthier versions of bread. The premise is sour dough. I would love to say that you can find a large variety of products, but it's usually "take what they have left" by the time I get there. (Never bin there before noon. Might be a bread heaven, I just miss it every time.) While I do like their bread, I would like them to offer all their products within the working hours and not just in the early day. (Specifically if we consider that they don't really sell their products cheap.) So, good quality, nice selection (in the morning), very nice vibe and the most important thing... the bread is very good.

Had a terrible experience in the parking lot of the store (at least we were told we could park there). The people working at Thermo vod acted very unprofessional. The bread is good, but for the overall experience I am leaving...

I randomly decided to get up an hour earlier than otherwise necessary to check out a local bakery in the morning before my conference and get some bread and a dessert for later. The smell that greeted me when I entered was divine and everything was clearly so fresh that I knew I had to get something to eat straight away as well which ended up being the best croissant I’ve ever had. I wasn’t even given one of the amazing looking ones behind the glass but a freshly baked one from the tray! 😭 also got a pain au chocolat and a bread! I will say I’ve had better bread but maybe I made a bad choice/ I feel Slovenia isn’t so big...
Read moreI have been coming to this establishment every couple of weeks for years. Overall the bread is good, but I would say it is just a bit above average nothing more. Years ago their french baguette used to be a proper sized baguette, but in the past year or two I noticed that the baguette and the so called Epi bread became incredibly small. Baguette is basically one third of normal french size and I find it very expensive for what you get. Bread used to be baked more and crispier in the past. Pastries like croissants, I find too hard and not as fluffy as french. Because size and quality went way down and prices went way up, I am...
