Luwiana Suites — Hotel in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! I made a reservation at this hotel for 1 night, and when tried to check in, nobody was there, closed door, called at the provided phone number 20 times with no answer, after 4 days they finally answer my call and inform me that checkin is until 22:00, we were couple of minutes late, and they DO NOT WANT TO REFUND, but at least they should answer the phone, we had to find another place to stay for that night... the reservation was made the same day about 4h prior to checkin, they just want free money

LATER EDIT AFTER SEEING PROPERTY'S RESPONSE There is no such message inside booking.com system for self check in, I have photos of being in front of the inexistent reception, even more, the contact options inside booking, for your hotel are only phone number(where yo do not answer) and email( where you also do not answer) If I would receive the necesary code to enter I would not need to find another place to stay. Worst experience ever.. and you still dare to think your devision to not refund is ok.. good...

We have booked the room to have a rest on the road back home. Because we arrived at 01:30 in the night no one was there for the checkin. We received a mail with instructions how to get in our room. Everything worked fine. In order to get the instructions the owner asked us to send him our checkin information without specifying what exactly he wants to have. It would be more customer friendly if he formulated his request more precisely from the first time to have a smooth communication. When you are on the road, last thing you want to do is getting in long mailing communication just in order to checkin. The room was clean and spacious with a lot of comfort. In our room we even had two separate toilets. This reduces the time to get ready to move out in...

We arrived at 14:20 ,entered the room via self check in, but the room wasn't ready yet (it said that it would be ready at 14:00 online).. there is no one at the reception, so I had to call them. They told me on the phone that the cleaning lady forgot to clean the room. He told us to wait for 1-2 hours. We had driven 7 hours to this place and then get told to wait another 1-2 hours instead of giving us another room. After the 2 hrs we came back and the room was ready, but the blankets weren't clean had several spots on them. Hotel looks horrible from outside as it's under construction at the Moment. it's ok for a night I guess, but not really nice. Woke up with backpain, the bed isn't comfortable. Left after one night although...
