Hello there

I have always been a very loyal MacDs customer but in the past week I experienced very poor service at the branch downtown in Bloemfontein at Cnr and Charles Str. I didn't receive everything that I had ordered and when I went to ask my it, the lady who was working there saw me approaching her and she went to the back and never came out. I had to wait for the guy to finish with other customers for him to help me. It's not only that but it has been reoccurring instances where the staff does not have proper customer service. They don't greet when one approaches the till and when you enquire about the menu there's an attitude. That Macdonald's is bringing the reputation of other branches in Bloemfontein who actual have care and respect for customers down.

Really not happy with McDonald's went there on Thursday after we made our order, I got a notification that I was double charged of which I reported it to one of the waitrons cool I was told to come back the next day with a bank statement do that the mistake can be rectified come Friday I was given the run around and still I haven't been refunded till date and my bank said McDonald's is supposed to refund me 😔slowly loosing interest in my once favorite place.

I used to have an awesome customer experience before, compared to my two recent visits with family. The staff is rude, please consider replacing them with new ones. We are tired of being treated like idiots, even when we pay for food. In two occasions, my boys Happy Meals were served without toys. Mind you we go there for Happy Meals and toys! But the take-aways did not have the toys. The staff does not want to give out paper bags for Happy Meals, even if we are a big family. Please consider getting bigger papger bags for Happy Meals because some of us walk from the mall to CBD McDonalds....
