This was such a disappointment, we booked an executive Suite for R2233 for the night. The website said, slippers and hairdryer in the suite, none of that was available. The toilet in the bathroom was leakung all over the floor. The phone was not working as well. When I went down to reception to talk to the Manager on duty, she was also not on site. They called her and she laughed about this. So at half past nine at night, we were tired, disgusted and furios with no service. It was supposed to be a romantic evening away, but urned out to be a disaster. If we camped in a tent, it would have been much better. Estive visitando Bloeimfontein em setembro último – 13 para 14 de setembro de 2023 e ficamos hospedados no LOCH LOGAN HOTEL. |Ao fazermos o check in a recepcionista solicitou um cartão para depósito em garantia e mesmo alertada que a reserva era pré-paga realizou o débito pois havia sido feita pelo site Hotels.com no valor de US$ 67,45 em ZAR$ 1.262.|Na ocasião do check out foi solicitado o estorno e nos foi garantido que seria feito em breve ou que seria solicitado ao site responsável pela reserva que fizesse a devolução do dinheiro.|Após isso foram trocadas mensagens e o hotel sempre respondendo que iria nos devolver o dinheiro e passados quase 10 meses não recebemos nada.|Pelos motivos acima é simples entender que para nós a fama do hotel é de pessoas desonestas.
