Food is alright just one problem small portions of the food. Dont get me wrong i love the taste of their food just that their not worth the money. Small portions for alot of money i would rather go to burger king and pay for the same amount for bigger in size also burger king has much more better options burger king compared to steers is like the parent of steers. Gives you value for your money and steers is more like they are just there for the money plus the people working at this place they are not very inviting its like your talking to an npc in a video game the dont give you that welcome feeling at all. What a horrible experience to eat from this store.

If i was the owner i would have been ashamed.

Takeaway was sealed and only opened it when I got home.

Firstly my wife's burger looked like a squashed mess and with no lettuce.

Secondly my burger i had no idea what it was. There was some sort of snot goo dripping out of the side of my burger and it was doused in sauce.

Then my daughter had chips. One of the chips had some kind of tooth like thing embedded in the chip. Attached foto of the tooth(chaeger for size reference)

This store is an utter disgrace.

I ordered 4 burgers and 3 milkshakes on uber eats. I did my payment of R304.90 and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, my order was not accepted and about an hour later, my money was only refunded. I proceeded to order once again, being unsuccessful again. I went to steers in lady grey street, put my order in, paid and received my food. At home my patties on all 4 burgers were burnt to crisps, there was extremely little sauce and an old slice of tomato.

My milkshakes were not ridiculously thick nor were they tasteful. My chips were sour and tasted like old oil had been used.

I am extremely disappointed in the service and quality...
