KAUAI Paarl Mall — Restaurant in Drakenstein Local Municipality

Staff is friendly and place is clean. We had the Vegan burger, we had something to compare it to cuse we ate at the one Vegan place in the Sea Point area. They are a little more expensive but you get more on the plate for the difference. In the defense of Kauai there vegan burger tastes nice and the tastes is different and different is good. The flavor you get when eating there vegan burger is a nice tastes, if you a beginner and didn't have a vegan burger as yet and you want to start, go to Kauai. It's light not like the normal burgers and we added a smoothie to wash the burger down. I tried connecting to the wifi and saw that they don't have :(. We were sitting at the table that is right next to the line to order and each time someone would lean on the small wall that was separating me from them and with covid I really don't know why they allow people to do that. I had a Virgin Active Smoothie Voucher that I just received minutes before I tried to redeem it at this Kauai.

First of all the guy told me their Dirty Chai is sold out. This tends to happen almost everytime.

Then he scanned my voucher for a Berry Dairy and he added our food to it. Which we thought he will do after making sure my voucher works. Then he told me that it did not go through and scanned it again. He told me it did not go through again for a second time, but when I opened my Virgin Active App my voucher stated redeemed or expired. When I looked at the expiry date it stated 7 daes to expiry and I showed him, since I recieved it just now. They just said:"Sorry mam we can not help". i walk in and made my oder for a strawberry stinger smoothie the, lady who was assisting seemed highly annoyed since i took a bit long to to make my choice . she finished placing my order and handed me the slip and number and said she’ll bring the rest of my change i can have a sit and wait .
