Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Well what a experience me an my hubby had with Debonairs. We decided at around 9:30 or maybe later we will order 3 pizza's which was a Hawaiian, 3 cheeses an a 4 season pizza. All 3 pizza's were dry hard an too me were made as a rush job. I know they were closing at 11 an obviously that time they are tired an have had a long day. I phoned the manager an confirmed that our pizzas we not what we ordered an they are dry and hard an made with absolutely no worries. Well the manager I will not name names confirmed she will send the Uber delivery man who by the way was amazing to collect the pizza from us. After about a hour I phoned the Uber driver and asked how far he is as I am standing outside with the 3 pizza's he confirmed he was not phoned by anyone by Debonairs an is now on his way home as his shift ended. I was angry I then phoned Debonairs again an was told that they cannot help me as they are now closing. This story goes on but ya I did not have good service an will not...

So I ordered 2 classic large pizzas by 17:20...my order came 20:00..Why? Well I phoned the 2nd time just to confirm it's a card payment when I placed my order and the lady said it's fine but on the slip it shows cash on delivery...anyway so we waited...the delivery guy phoned telling me he's waiting infront of the Protea Hotel in Summerstrand and I'm staying in Algoa Park...another half an hour pass....eventually he came with our pizza ICE COLD and NO CARD MACHINE to pay...telling me pizza is no longer free he has to take it back and I said well lets phone and hear what they have to say about this...and he said no it's fine we can have the pizza as a gift. I told him to tell who ever to phone me if there is any problem regarding this and no one reached out...I think that was very very...

On the 11th of December I went to Debonairs Newton Park to place a takeaway order I was the first to order in the group, in which after placing my order I proceeded to sit down. A staff member arose from the kitchen and told me to sit outside whilst other individual in the store were seated inside the store. I enquired on why she insisted I sit outside, she responded with an attitude that it is due to covid regulations I upon enquired with her why is it the white family and other individuals were seated in she said she didnt see them. I further engaged her was it my skin colour that was darker that she might have noticed me and she told me whatever she doesn't care.

I felt humiliated and discriminated against.

I lodged a complaint with Debonairs it is now the 15th Dec and...
