Finnezz Restaurant & Cocktail Cafe — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

So with all the festivities in December a few colleagues and I decided to go to Finnezz for lunch being a Tuesday and a really holy day for me as a Tamil girl I requested that I have a veg stir fry the option without meat I specifically told the waiter that I didn't want meat, so imagen my surprise when while eating my meal I find bits of meat in my meal I immediately call the waitress who had to go back to the kitchen and and the was the back and forth, the most surprising thing was that a manager never approached me the waitress just said that they will not charge me for my meal, it's sad how u can break a persons fast that is her sacrifice to God and be like I am sorry your meal is free, how is it so hard to not add the meat in the first place. Needless to say I will never eat...

Finnezz located close to summerstrand in Port Elizabeth. The location is the only good thing about this place. The staff is really rude which you will see right from the entrance. Went to finnezz for the second time this past weekend and i got bad service for the second time, I was told they didn't have any tables available yet their table were unattended and weren't cleaned The place is small and dirty and the food is just discussing. The plate had finger printer all over and waited for my order for over and hour, for the two hours we were there, out waiter only came to our table twice.

This is a overall fun spot. I go there for breakfast, lunch and supper. The food is amazing and they cater to every need. Cocktails are the best in Gqeberha and their cocktail menu stays ahead of trends. You can experience different vibes depending on the time of the day you go to the days of the month.
