KAUAI Walmer Park — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I wish I could eat at Kauai everyday. The wraps and smoothies are soooo good, especially the Gem smoothie! Service is decent but nothing spectacular. It's always clean and the food comes out quickly. Honestly all the smoothies are good and I like that you can see them making them. I've been going to this Kauai branch since highschool and will keep coming because it's so good. Ordering through the Kauai app was BEYOND disappointing. Asked for the food to be ready by 13:00 (as I have a strict lunch break schedule) and yet there was still no food to be seen at 13:44. I understand that they may be busy but a simple apology would’ve gone a long way instead of the gum smacking and side eye I received when querying how my longer it would take. And when I FINALLY got the order the food was cold and the smoothie was warm?!?! Very disappointed and won’t be going back...

Ordered 2 of the chicken feta wraps through the app, collected them, got home and there was no chicken on either of them. How do you forget to put chicken on a CHICKEN FETA WRAP?!
