I don't like their attitude shame once you finish to collect your parcel they said thank you! thank you! thank you!! while you are still putting your change onto your great Wallet and putting your parcel in right place they want you to live with immediate effect. To me it's like once you finish to buy to them you must fokoff you no are longer important you are worthless.

I am not expecting that kind of treatment from KFC to be treated as trash once you pay but I won't be surprised to get that kind of treatment from Tax drivers, but let me say this not all KFC treat their customers like the one in Njoli maybe a little bit customer etiquette training is required there 😌 Traduna Mall it's fine Korsten one is fine and all others are fine but the Njoli one the staff that is dealing with Drive-thru the treatment...

Yesterday I ordered 11 street wise 2 and dunked wings. I placed the order around 10h00 in the morning to be collected before 13h00 and payed for it, when I got there my order was not made the person/manager who took the order just said "yhuu" I forgot the stuff will sort it out instead of him going there him self making sure everything is right. The pieces we asked for we didn't get, and what makes me angry the most when he gave me the order he didn't even say "I'm sorry"
