Cappuccino's Highveld Mall — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

I had a wonderful dining experience at Cappunccino's Highveld Mall with my family. The range of meals to choose from on the menu was enormous and all seemed tasty. I had calamari & shrimps as my main course, which was very delicious. The grilled calamari had such good taste even paired with the peri-peri sauce. Which in the eyes of our waitress I only touched and hadn't eaten, because there was so much sauce left. Our waitress: Ellen was such a lovely and charismatic person that served us last night. You could tell she had her mind on her work as she ask us multiple times if we needed anything else. And she even asked us for a second drink, which I find to be exceptional nowadays. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend for others to visit for a quick snack, pizza, great cocktails or other delicious...

Although the food looks nice, the menu is bombarded with bacon and ham options making this place not a first choice restaurant. Non halal meat makes this place not suitable for Muslims. You can't exchange meals if you're a Muslim only the chicken and vegatable options are available

The service is terrible with the waiter nowhere near the original customer, switching waiters is also another show of lack of professionalism.

The manger refuses for the customer to complain about a toasted sandwich that surprisingly took an hour to make, not recommended.

The only good thing that happened is that my father got to eat his lasagne. Me personally I didn't eat because it took more than 65 minutes to get a brown bread Chicken and Mayo sandwich and my appetite was...

I was at Cappacinos highveld mall on Saturday when there booths were full. A lady came and told me to wait on the chairs outside as soon as the booth opened she will take me in. When she took me in I was bit disturbed when a male manager shouted at her using the F word that she can't use her mind the table is reserved. The male manager came to apologize later but it disturbed me that your managers can use foul language and how they treat women. It's totally unacceptable. We did enjoy the food though coming back...
