Actually a -1 star , extremely bad service, 2nd time in one month. Was taken to the table, waited about 10 mins until the manager came to the table asked if our order was taken were we replied no he said will send you a waiter now. Why couldn't the manager take the order then? Waited another 10 mins no waiter. Decided to stand up and leave, at the door the manager then asked were you helped, said to him no we are leaving. We noticed other customers that sat already when we arrived also left. Then also noticed a table that came in about 5mins after us were helped. Will not be going to Wimpy Highveld Mall ever again. The food and service was great. We were there at 9:30 in the morning. We chose this place especially for the play area for the kids. The play area was closed due to cleaning. Ee were several parents waiting for play area to be cleaned. Cleaner were inside since we arrived. He was still in the play area 1hour 30 min later. Not washing anything. . . Only with a broom. Children and parents were really unhappy. This cleaning should be done before guests are allowed in. . . .especially that this is the reason why we chose Wimpy. Next time I would...
