Wow. What an amazing place to get a tasty beverage! They have a great variety of uniquely different bubble tea and milkshake style drinks. From ones with Nutella and Oreo to caramelised brown sugar tapioca balls. These drinks are indulgent and just simply delicious! Iv never had an opinion I didn’t like. They have an amazing Mango and Orange ice tea if that’s the kind of thing you like and you have the option to have it as sweet as you want with their sweetness scale. I just go with their recommendation and it’s always perfect. This is another Gem on the strip that should get the attention they deserve. I had won a Ben's Bubble Tea competition on Instagram late in 2023, the voucher had no expiry date so when in the area today we went to redeem it. I was welcomed by a not so friendly gentleman who proceeded to tell me he did not know about any competition but then agreed to let me redeem it when I told him I could show him the proof on Instagram. He then rushed our order handed it to the lady making the drinks and left the premises leaving the young lady who was making our drinks alone. Bens bubble tea is probably amongst the best in durban..excellent quality and flavors. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Oreo, Lotus, strawberry and watermelon are amongst the families favorite. They also have a loyalty program which is quite cool. They also allow you to choose your sweetness level which is great for those watching their calories and sugar intake. Highly recommended and is a definite go to place especially with kids.
