Appalling.

When my family and I arrived we weren't served well. The waiter Frans just stood at our table, didn't greet or introduce himself. We had no idea he was our waitor until we complained about not being served. The drinks was a mess, my wife and I ordered Blueberry Gin cocktail and a Grapefruit Gin cocktail. When the drinks arrived it was something completely different. After complaining, again, that is when Frans blamed the barman and told us that the barman doesn't have the drinks we had ordered, instead he made us something completely different - without our consent. We were expected to just drink the drink we did not order and then pay in full for them. That was not right at all. Had we been previously communicated with, we would have chosen something else. The lack of communication is what irritated me. My daughter's lasagna took over an hour to arrive, the restaurant was not even full. I really didn't accept the excuses made by Frans. Children's food must always be prepared first before the adults, especially if the child's order was made with the drinks order. My daughter's order was taken in advance and to wait a whole hour, whilst the adults order is prioritized, is terrible. No apology was given for the atrocious service . I would not...

Sadly, not a very pleasant experience. After reading the other reviews thought Bambanani must be visited.

Firstly the kids area is much smaller than it appears on the photos, and is quite run down now, needs quite a bit of TLC. On arrival we were greeted and looked for an open table by the kids area, it was full so we proceeded to rather sit inside, only to figure out unless you have a table by the kids area you cannot actually see the kids area at all. There were also many kids so the child minders didn't know to where to look so they just stood around aimlessly. Anyway, despite that we proceeded to sit down, the servers and kitchen seemed manic, despite the rest of the restuarant being quite empty overall.

After 15 minutes of trying to get the attention of a waiter or anyone to just bring us a menu so we could order a drink, we decided to get up and leave. To be honest, don't think anyone even noticed we had left. Parking is also a problem, very limited and is street side parking.

We might have just caught them on a bad day, but does seem like others have had very similar issues recently. We will not...

Used to love coming here but today was beyond disappointing. I’ve experienced a few occasions where service wasn’t great but today it was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

There were a few other people who were also at the kitchen door complaining. Arrived at 3 and by 16:20 we still hadn’t received our food. It’s was not full at all.

I ordered a pasta and 30 minutes later they said they don’t have an ingredient to complete it. My husbands milkshake arrived 40 minutes later. My sons fish and mash arrived 1 hour later. They had no mash so gave him sweet potato without informing us first. They dropped his plate on our table with no cutlery. I asked for cutlery which never arrived. 10 minutes later I got up to ask the manager for cutlery and eventually had to feed my son with my hands as we couldn’t wait any longer.

Our waiter didn’t check in on us once in that 1 and a half hour wait. I kept going up to the kitchen to check on our drinks and food. By 16:40 we asked them to cancel our order and we left. Last time we’ll...
