Barcelos Sunnyside — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered take away meals which took me about 5 mins by the till point because the cashier didn't know a Beef Trinchado luckily a waiter overhead the conversation and assisted me further. I also wanted Beef Prego Steak Roll with extra cheese, bacon and egg. Waiter explained they didn't sell bacon in the store - quite understandable but the manager kept being very casual with the waiter as if the customer in front of them did not exist. I was then told there were no eggs... but I had a feeling that they were just refusing to make them. I received my order, I discovered there was no portuguese roll. I found the first cashier by the counter. She told she didn't take my order... I assumed it wasn't her fault. My partner was already fed up by the guest experience we had, then we decided to go home. Food was just okay. The lights went off whilst I was in the bathroom. Could the owner please jack up this store... we can't keep on blaming the area because of bad service we having...

Had a terrific experience here, firstly I was assigned an untrained waitress who was somehow out of reach the entire time. Cocktails were advertised for R46 on the menu provided and I was only told the prices have escalated, I asked to see the manager by the name of George and he said those menus should not have been on the table they are merely for advertisement. As a loyal customer I raised the notion of the consumer Act and he simply stated I'm not the first to encounter such a problem and he took the menus away but because I desperately wanted something to drink I ended up paying R55 for a cocktail...

Barcelos is one of my best place to order food but today I was extremely disappointed. I order pap and chicken. The pap portion was too small and my chicken was undercooked and I wanted it peri flavour but I dont knowest flavour it was. I am having a stomach bug now and so is my daughter. I ordered a side salad but when I received my order it was not present I had to pay for something I didnt have. Tha packaging was bad and the pap was cold.

I love Bacelos food and everytime I have visitors this is where I come but today I was extremely sad. Please whether it's a sit in or take away order maintain...
