Burger King Trade Route Drive-Thru (Halaal) — Restaurant in Gauteng

I usually receive good food and service from this place, but this time, I bought meals with milkshakes for my family and I. When I got home and tasted the milkshake, it was terrible and had some metallic taste to it. Since I had never experienced this before, I decided to go back to the restaurant and enquire. When I got there, the lady who was called to assist me was extremely rude and made it seem as though I was crazy for complaining about the taste. Only after taking her time by slowly getting the entire staff at the restaurant to taste a newly made milkshake and to tell her it tasted badly did she agree that it indeed was off. She then again took her precious time to process my refund after she helped everyone else who arrived after me.. I felt disappointed with this. Pathetic and disappointing service

I an my spouse had ordered 2 x chicken big King burger meals on our way home from a long an tiring day of work we had passed by the Burger King at trade route mall lenasia drive through. Not only waiting a long while for our order but to be Very disappointed the sec we got home that the Burgers are Beef instead of chicken .. we are very religiously strict and it goes against our religion to eat Beef... therefore we do not alow any Beef Products in our home..therefore we had gone a night without any supper to eat and also very disrespect by receiving the order of only I had checked it there an there but that what's a drive through for

People please check your orders proper as these guys will just give you anything...
