If a zero-star rating were an option, I would use it. My experience at Fishaways in Trade Route Mall was extremely disappointing and fell far short of acceptable standards, especially given the price paid.

Poor Value for Money and Deceptive Portions I ordered a medium calamari, which the cashier explicitly described as a "big tub." What I received was a disappointingly small container, which felt like a deliberate misrepresentation. The portion size was absolutely not worth the money I paid, leading to significant frustration over the lack of value.

Unacceptable Food Quality and Service The food itself was terrible—it was stone-cold, like bad "sleepover food," instead of being freshly prepared and hot. Furthermore, the wait time for the meal was excessively long.

Overall, the combination of deceptive portions, cold food, and slow service made this a quiet terrible experience. I would not recommend anyone visit this branch...

I placed an order from Fishaways Trade Route Mall, expecting a reasonable delivery time. Nearly three hours later, there was still no sign of my food. When I tried to call and get an update, the manager deliberately pretended there was a bad line and then hung up on me.

Very disappointed with the service from call center agents and with Fishaways Trade Route Mall. I asked to order a medium prawn pops I saw on the Mr D app, she insisted I could not order a medium, only a large, and if I wanted the medium I should order through Mr D. Even though it's coming from the same store. I called in a second time and the second agent was able to place the order through fine. Unfortunately the food took well over an hour to be delivered.
