Steers Trade Route Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Did an order online,it asked my preference on branch for delivery. Went through the headache, did the payment etc ,a few mins later I get a call saying they don't deliver to my area. Nd that I can come fetch if im able to. I said that the reason I ordered online was because I'm at work. So he says they'll refund . This was Tues, today is Sunday and nothings happened. These is unethical. After all the calls I've been wasting ,they say the money is reserved nd hasn't been taken but on my bank statement its clearly out. Really...

I ordered a whacky Wednesday online deal for R149 at 12:38 and now at 14:06 I still haven't received my order, no contact from the store or driver, you people really need to catch a wake up call and start taking your customers seriously, you people are becoming jokes, your services are pathetic, I just phoned in now to ask about me order and nobody is answering the frikken call, how are you people operating your business, really, where the hell is the professionalism?, you people are...

A poor experience overall 0/10 went to trade Mall steers today and ordered a sharing meal and milkshakes as a takeaway I arrived home only to find out that the milk was expired and taste and texture of milkshakes we the consistency of milk products that are expired.

Disappointed as that could have cause problems for my family members.Secondly most of the fries were burnt and I didn’t enjoy the full experience. I would never recommend Steers Trade route mall to anyone especially if you value...
