Unprofessional. No Customer service when a complaint is placed whatsoever.. We placed an order on Mr D. They did not send an item that was ordered. When we called the store they refused to take responsibility and wanted the easy way out by saying we should contact Mr D and get a refund. If we didnt want the items we wouldn't order it, as if we place orders just for refunds!!??!! If they made a mistake they should fix it by suggesting and making an effort to deliver it themselves at the least. This store does not do that. They can only use Mr D drivers for deliveries and that too for mistake made by the store, excuses for every question asked. The owners should know "sorry" is not a solution and then no feedback at all makes the store even worse. Very unprofessional. I had to call to ask for updates and still they did not bother to call me back with any...

What terrible service... Rather drive out of lenz to get proper Ocean Basket service. Firstly they don't give you rolls unless you order first. Secondly I been getting the same thing at the same branch for sooooo long half chips and salad and all of a sudden they don't do that because they have never done it! And it apparently is only done for the combo's, yet I been to the same branch sooo many times and got the same option. Thirdly they don't put sauce on your prawns unless you tell them you want the sauce. They gave us dry prawns with no sauce on our platter!! The waitor tells us all this after we get our food!
