Great service and food, with one constructive point.

Cappuccino's is a trendy and comfortable restaurant. A beautiful venue with professional service. You will not be sorry for trying Cappuccino's for a date, an anniversary, a family event or celebration or a classy business dinner.

Constructive Criticism:

1. The Wi-Fi is terrible. Not adequate to get a little work done on a laptop.
2. The waiters should respect the ambience of the brand more, and respect that clientele comes here to have a relaxed atmospheric evening. The waiters started screaming and laughing non-stop midway into the evening (on the mezz balcony), which spoiled the experience, which I have come to know. I couldn't even hear the music, over the loud screaming and laughing (in groups) from the mezzanine to someone downstairs. One waiter even stood close to our table, on a personal mobile video call. It felt awkward.

Having said that: My wife and I have been to Cappuccino's restaurant a few times, and it is always cozi, friendly,  and full of character – not just a restaurant, but a unique experience.

We love the interior decor and the ambiance.

They have a great menu with many options to choose from. Their food is always tastefully prepared and presented and our kids (10 & 14) also enjoy Cappuccino's. This is why I would return, since I can expect a good experience, away from home.

From a friendly welcome, to the waiters in the floor and service staff, I definately rate Cappuccino's service 3/5 stars. It would be 4.5 stars, if the staff pays more attention (is more sensative) to the ambience they help create.

I can imagine lunch also being a winner here, due to its location and centrality.

We ordered a South African Breakfast and an Omelette. The omelette was a real standout – it was huge, delicious, and generously stuffed with fillings, especially with the added avo and feta. The South African breakfast was equally tasty, with the hash browns being a highlight for me.

Service was top-notch, with our waitress being extremely friendly and efficient. We were a bit pressed for time, but we managed to enjoy our breakfast thoroughly with time to spare, thanks to her promptness.

The ambiance of the restaurant is very pleasing, with a calming and relaxed atmosphere. The view from the deck over the golf course adds a touch of tranquility to the dining experience. However, I must say, the upstairs area feels a bit like an afterthought and could use some attention.

In terms of value, the generous size of the omelette certainly made the meal worth the price.

What a weird experience and an odd first impression at this branch. We came in to order takeaway and I wanted to have drinks and possibly a sweet treat but was discouraged by the reception. My husband is pretty tolerant and even he said the waitress was rude 🤨Ended up being told we can’t order while seated and being pointed to the counter by the door, husband stands up and fetches the menu… after placing our order he comes back and says we have to move from the couch to the small chairs near the door according to the staff. Odd… there are a few open tables but I guess takeaway guests are not considered as important.
