Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I’m greatly disappointed in the service I received yesterday, I feel I would have had a better experience ordering a margarita delivered from Thandi’s Kitchen in Soshanguve, knowing that they care dearly about consumer satisfaction.

Order #93186306 I ordered a Large pizza last night at 19:48 and received the order at 20:52. Expectedly my order arrived colder and dryer than a Slovakian towel company.

I then called your helpline and was redirected to the branch of purchase ( Northcliff ) to which I spoke to the manager who stated, ‘I can’t help you today, you should wait until Thursday when I’m back on duty so I can make you a medium size pizza’ shortly after that our connection was lost and from then I assume he packed up shop and forgot he had a client on the other end of that line (I called back and like music to my ear the phone rang to no avail). Although I appreciate the moxie, I am however confused as to why I was left unattended and disrespected in such a manner, my contact details were not taken, and I was not given any sign or tale that my respectful and definite complaint was to be addressed.

I really don’t ask for much, just that someone own up and apologise for my misused funds.

2 days has passed and not a single person from head office has called, emailed or text. I copied and used this as a review to warn the rest of you Debonairs suckers. Watch...

Good day, yesterday evening 30th of September 2021. I was standing at your debonairs store to order a pizza, there were 2 guys busy behind the silver counter, having a good old conversation. I waited and waited but they never assisted me, it was like I was invisible. I eventually just walked away, they just looked at me walking away.

I was so disappointed with the service, and turn back and then asked them can I speak to the manager. That's the only time one of them, came to the front to assist me.

He said he was the supervisor there, which I did not believe, he then said I must go, to Annet to speak with the manager.

I went there but the lady at the till told me she was gone to the toilet.

I eventually left because there was nothing else I could do, it was 17h45pm.

Debonairs Cresta worst service or better put no service at all. Waited at counter to place order and staff were not even bothered there were customers.requested service and was told to wait. " WE ARE COMING" Were busy rolling dough and having a good old conversation. Also the staff handling dough/pizza has no gloves on ,scratching their nose and touching the food again. Disgusting. We waited close to 15 mins and no service. Poor service ,poor hygiene.will definitely not recommend this...
