Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered online at 6.32pm. Driver delivered and forgot the kids dessert and the pop itz. When I said don't worry about the food rather just credit me those items, he told us about how he has to personally pay for the mistakes and cant give us back our money (long sob story) He assured us he would be straight back. After 13 calls (as per my phone record) we finally got through on the phone to confirm that they were sending missing items. Lady that answered the call asked me to hold while she called the store. After more than 13 MINUTES ON HOLD, I hung up and tried again. Pathetic customer service!!! Manager said they would credit me but they would send food anyway (I did initially decline this offer and just wanted the refund as kids were going to bed) 8.20pm a STEERS driver arrived and gave me the food. Said he cant refund me as he doesn't work for Debonairs??? Disgusted at the "service" or lack thereof received...

I should be rating them Zero Star actually. Placed an order using the App, an hour later my order was not delivered, I called to check as the App could not track the order, they told me they'd follow up and me back, 30mins later after the call I didn't get any response, I called again and was told helpdesk will call me back shortly with an update. 2hours 30min after my order, I still couldn't get any update, and the store was closed when I arrived at the shop. Customer care was not of any help as they kept asking for my number and the call would cut off after that. Now I have to stay overnight to know if I'm gonna get my refund. Also gonna eat bread with coffee cos that's what I could get at the garage...

Placed an order on the phone and got told pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I arrived at the store and paid for my order only to find out they had not started making it. I patiently wait for close to 20 minutes only to be given the pizza on the pic with no acknowledgement or apology for the delay, when I came back after checking the pizza at the door the manager apologized and offered to make a new one which didn't sit well with the lady that had made it. I guess this a sign I need to go on a diet. No more...
