Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I'm very disappointed with the service I received today at East Rand Mall Debonairs 💔, As it was my birthday today I thought i should treat myself with some Debonairs pizza. I quickly went there during my short 30 min lunch break and ordered Large Bbq Chicken special and I was served by a female at cashier, I waited for about 15 minutes then they called my order only to find out that they made a Small bbq chicken 🥲 i ddnt want to cause a seen because I was already abit frustrated because my lunch break was about to be over💔, i showed the cashier the slip, i ddnt get any apology or communication, i just went and sat down and assumed that they were going to make another one... I waited for another full 15 minutes until my lunch break was over and I got very frustrated and went back to the cashier and requested for my slip back, i told her that I was gonna come back again because I won't be able to eat it since my lunch is over, she just told me that I should wait abit more 💔 i was boiling on the inside, I felt like maybe I was being undermined because I also work around the mall💔 the lady came while I was sitting down boiling, she gave me the pizza and she was like " Askies Don't be mad", I said it's fine then I took it...I was so annoyed i couldn't even hide it. she started giggling and it felt like a mockery giggle, i never recieved any proper apology for my wasted time the service was just bad 💔🙌...
