KFC East Rand Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

I hope its the new one next to pep.... I love its location its very convenient.... The staff are always very friendly and helpful the other day i was so hungry and I walked in and ask the cashier to help me choose a meal for one for a tight budget she didn't hesitate hey she gave me 2 to 3 options i was happy with the meal and the amount..... Another day went there with a friend it was after Christmas we were shopping back to school and decided to grab something kwik we get there when queues were not too long then all of a sudden the shop was full we placed our orders and thought of eating in only to found out that they got only one set of table that was occupied already we were so tired and hungry we had to stand and the shop was full... The staff are nice and kwik they communicate and team work spirit was there i gave the shop a 2 for not having seats for customers to wait on..... Other than that the rest its a ten over ten.... The shop is very small...

The Cashier there was very rude, it’s a shame cause I can’t recall her name. My boyfriend and I went to buy lunch cause I love the dunked wings, and we decided to get ice cream as well, and for some reason it was sour. We tell the the Lady, that it’s sour and boy the attitude she gave us telling us it ain’t sour we are just acting up. And I heard her telling her work mates that I am acting up because I’m dating a white man. Disgusting worst lfc ever dont buy there the portions, RIP OF. Food cold and stale waintinh time 1 DECADE. Youre order is always wrong and the cashier cant do math or she double charges you or adds her own R60 hopefor her. There are mutch better Kfc offering better deals and quality of food. And dont buy the crung burger burger as it was a chicken nugget as the patty and then on the ads big day and night difference. And just be careful as there was. 2!!! Cockroaches in my burger!!! I was so made i threw my whole meal away and just left it as they say you planted...
