Panarottis East Rand Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

We had an amazing experience at Panarottis Eastern Mall! Our waitress, Millicent, was absolutely brilliant—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the drinks were just as good, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. On our table, we were given a large game sheet filled with different types of interactive games—such a great way to keep everyone entertained while waiting for the food.

The play area is another major highlight! It’s clean, well-kept, and packed with different games for all ages. What impressed us most was the safety—there are cameras covering every corner of the play area, and the downstairs seating has large windows so you can easily see your child playing, even without watching the TV monitors.

Which left us lots left over for another and another Sangria. Now thier menu is better with their paper-thinnest in the wide world pizza base and fresh toppings, and better than anywhere in Italy Spag-Bol and Alfredo, served hot, like Sophia Loren in 'Scandal In Sorrento.' Pat on the back for serving the bestest 'Sir Juice' OJ, but could they not just serve it in a juice glass - like restaurants do? Popped in for a quick snack. Ordered a flatbread with garlic, a cappuccino for myself, and a glass of dry red for my wife. Asked for ice with the wine and did not get it until we asked again. Asked for the cappuccino to be served with my flatbread. It arrived straightaway and tasted like it was made with stale beans. The flatbread arrived and we had to ask for the condiments.
