We went for a mother's day brunch. We had booked a table 1 Waiter came to take our order after we had been sitting for at least 15min 2 She did not know what overeasy was 3 Not did she know what gin was 4 Our food came before our cutlery...which was given to a table nearby 5 The toast came just as we were finishing our food. 6 There was course salt in a grinder bottle marked ground pepper Not sure if they have senior/supervisors who should have been seeing that the patrons were being served & chasing up orders There seemed to be new untrained staff who were left to wonder about aimlessly Not sure they are qualified to serve...

This was a very unpleasant experience. Will not be going there again. Found a piece of plastic in my cappuccino, which I was told is of the milk sachet they use. I order a open sandwich which I asked to exclude the olives, received my sandwich with olives, send it back, when I received my sandwich back and started to eat I could still taste the olives. So they just took the olives off. Didn't actually know that olives has a juice that stays on the other ingredients. When we were asked of everything was okay and explained what happened, we were just met by silence. Canceled my order and left.If I could give zero...

It was my first time visiting this hidden little gem and I must say I was really amazed by the friendlyness of the staff and the service was superb and not even to talk about the food that I must say is really made with love and value for money guaranteed, I see great potential in this restaurant if you are the type of person that enjoys going out for breakfast, lunch or even dinner you simply have to visit them, a great place for having a breakfast with family or friends also, whether your young or old give it a try, keep it up team you will be seeing me very soon Kind...
