What a disappointing experience!!! Ordered a coffee freezo - apparently there was no coffee?? Ordered a sourdough sandwich- waiter returns to advise us there is no sourdough?? Order a toasted bacon, egg, cheese and tomato- the food arrives with no tomato!! Ask to speak to the manager!! She also never arrived at our table !! Nevertheless she looked dead tired and very irritated to be at work on a hot, sunny Saturday!

I will never be back to visit! What a waste of time and money to be treated half heartedly by your staff!!

Very Dissapointing Experiance.

Business hours state BenBom is open till 17h00 on a Sunday. Arrived at 16:10 for a quick bite but was informed that kitchen had closed at 16:00 already.

I do understand kitchens have to close at a certain time in order for chefs, kitchen staff etc etc to be able to leave at closing time of 17:00 as well, But closing the kitchen a whole hour before closing time?...

Why even allow guests in and serve them just to inform them the kitchen is closed?

Future patrons take note, unless you arrive an hour before closing time you will unfortunately not get to eat.
