KAUAI Cambridge Crossing — Restaurant in Gauteng

I’ve ordered from this Kuaui a few times, and each time was wonderful. The food was top notch and fresh. Really delicious.

But today I ordered through Uber eats and it was utterly disappointing. The wraps were toasted far too long, that the salad inside was cooked. My saracha wrap had ingredients missing too.

I usually struggle to finish a wrap by myself but today the wraps were so sparsely filled that half the wrap was just the wrap itself.

Please do better. I was really so impressed...

I was quite disappointed with the chicken feta wrap and matcha mint latte I ordered. Unfortunately, neither was tasty, and the staff were far from pleasant. The wrap was soggy and bland, with barely any feta dressing. To make things worse, my drink was served by someone who banged it on the table. Even when you walk in with a smile and a friendly greeting, you’re met with no smile and low energy in return. Sadly, this branch left me with a bad taste in both my mouth...

Kauai is a great spot — clean, quiet, and nicely organized. The service is quick, and the food is fresh and consistent. It’s a good place to grab a healthy meal without any hassle. Only reason it’s not five stars is that the menu could use a bit more variety, but overall, definitely worth...
