KAUAI Virgin Active Alberton — Restaurant in Gauteng

This is my second time visiting the new market store. We go there in our lunch to order wraps as they are in line with the pcos diet that we are on. The ladies are so rude, they lack any type of gumption at all. The guy working for Virgin active called them several times and just got ignored, when they finally arrived to take our order, we got eye rolls and attitude, an when my friend that was with me said to her we arent here to beg for food, we are actually paying for our food she just just stared down at her, rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders and turned to walk away. This is absolutley disgusting and also a waste of our lunch time. We will not be visiting that place again and I definitely not recommend to any family member or friend to try them out. The owners should really screen their staff...

Last week we visite Kauai at virgin Active New Market, after having fondest memories of the Princess wrap, we ordered two and sat down for a regular capuchino. I paid R338 for two princess wraps with aded cream cheese which we could not find and two capuchino's. Firstly i cannot understand the price and secondly the standard was very poor, it use to be filled with salad and carrots etc, this one hardly had filling. Huge dissapointment and will never go there again. Sorry Kauai as i understand everything has gone up we do not mind paying the higher price but then dont drop...

i come here every single day to get a Plant Peanut Butter Bomb and every single day they treat me horribly. It takes about 40 minutes for me to get a smoothie EVEN IF I CALL BEFOREHAND.

Today I waited the usual 40 minutes and when I finally get to my car to rush to work, they call me back inside only to tell me they gave me the wrong smoothie. When i express my frustration the lady just shrugs.
