Ordered online and got the wrong order delivered 40 minutes later. I needed to eat before taking medication.. I called the store and explained the problem and eventually got put through to the Manager Lydia Mordu. She was extremely rude and unsympathetic. She even attended to make it seem that it's an uber problem.

I told her I was going to eat the wrong sandwich in the meantime as she had said it would take another 30 minutes to deliver my correct order. I even told her I would pay for the wrong one but a lack of hearing she just jumped to saying noooo you can't do that. In my opinion from a service level it's a no brainer to let the client be comfortable in the interim. There was no apology and just a very unreasonable and hostile person handling that call. "The Manager" I recall the franchise opening in Alberton many years ago and I was one of their first clients. It became my weekly breakfast option as service was great and so was the food. Would give zero stars if I could. Placed an online order today at 11:30, waited an hour without delivery. I contacted the store and was advised that the driver is on the way, waited another 30 minutes. Still no delivery received. I contacted the store again and was advised that they will try contact the driver, only to be told that they cannot get hold of the driver. They advised that they would try again and call me back. I waited a further 15 minutes. I called back and was rudely told that I should speak to the manager (who was to busy to assist) I then canceled my order after now waiting 2 hours for my food to be delivered. No apologies no effort.

Not a good experience at all, I ordered 2 chicken strip avo on wrap that comes with a coke zero. The order took 1hour15 minutes to get to me and then the driver didn't come with both my coke zeros and said i should call the restaurant and they will deliver the cokes but we tried numerous times to call them but they didn't pick up but when we placed the order it didnt even take them a miniute to pick up, now that they have taken my money they are not picking up.
