My son almost got badly injured or he could have died in the play area today.. There were 3 useless ladies in there so rude, they were chatting the whole time and were not bothered to watch the kids. My 2 year old son almost fell from one of the slides right next to the door where they were standing they didn't bother to even help him.. My poor 6 years old daughter and another little girl were trying to help my boy and they were failing while I was screaming for help from the other side a man that was passing by came to the rescue of my son and caught him just as he was going down because the 2 girls did not have enough strength to help him... The ladies were still not bothered I asked why they just let my son fall and did nothing guess what the lady said... She said she told me to look after my son and it's written on the glass so I asked is that the reason to let my son fall and get hurt while the 3 of them are there... My son was in so much pain as my daughter was trying to stop him from falling but his legs were already hanging I had never seen my son cry so much the pain that he endured and the 3 staff members were not bothered.. Thanks to the man that jumped in to grab my son because maybe he could have fallen on his head and died... The attitude that I was receiving was unbelievable I almost hit that lady and only then the supposed manager jumped in this whole time they were all watching me like I was a TV show. I am very angry and will open a case against those girls I can't call them ladies because they are the devil... For all the pain and suffering you guys will hear from me......

I have not supported you in a while but now the reasons are very apparent and wont be supporting you in the future.

Our experience when walking in was, we were welcome to a friendly warm greating. We were seated Placed our drink orders, then our drinks arrived nice and quick. Placed our food order we opted for the new Burger special with veg and a side plate of chips.

The food arrived and this is when everything spiral downhill from there.

In my plate was this little tiny burger and side veg than arrived the plate of chips the plate of chips you could physically count the amount of chips the burger was dry little to no garnishes on buger and the rib was so salty i used my drink to get this meal down the only part of this meal i enjoyed was the 2 Veg

This was the most disappointing meal ive ever had in my life Working from 6 to 6 im hungry and time is limited to send food back when its suppose to be correctly seasoned and served in the first place.

I requested the bill to my surprise I was billed for food we did not eat.

Sometime ago I hosted my daughter 's birthday, what an excellent service. Their staff have well trained and give their best service. I believe that is the reason their tables always have somebody occupying them. you will love their service even before you enjoy the food. My kids loves the fact that they will have somewhere to play after the meal. I will definitely come back here for a meal, especially for my family, they loved the restaurant. But be prepared to give ten% of your bill for a tip, that is the only downside of some of our restuarant. These guys forget that we come to eat because we love their food not because we have lot of money. keep it up guys you are the best. Sometimes that 10% do limit those who are satisfied with your food and services and want to tip more and it sometimes chase away those who would afford to tip less but who want to eat at your restaurant. The question that I should have asked you guys was what if I do not have a tip...
