KFC Dunkeld West — Restaurant in Gauteng

Today I went to KFC in Dunkeld. when I arrived I was one of two clients. I went to the self help machine and started to browse through the menu as I was there to place a large order. As I was busy a other client arrived and went to place his order at the counter. I heard the KFC staff calling, 'hello, Hello, Hello for 8 times'. Eventually I turned around just to realize it's me she is calling. She wanted to tell me they had no lettuce. After I could not find the one item on the menu I went to the counter to place my order there. I told her I can't find the one item so I want to place my order with her. As I was standing at the counter looking at my phone I again heard someone calling 'Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello for 4 times. I turned around to see her looking at me and she said 'let me show you where it is on the menu'. I told her its fine and I left. Is it so much to ask to be treated with dignity and respect? You call your family and friends Hello when you meet up with them to visit. Kindy train your staff how to deal / treat...

The Worst KFC I have ever been to.

Walked into the Shop at 8:45 (KFC Dunkeld @ Centre, 279 Jan Smuts Ave, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg, 2196 and ordered a sweet chili twister and a Colonel Burger.

Not one of the meals had any sauce and it was rushed and had no flavor.

I would not recommend this KFC to anyone as the staff do not know how to make a burger that has been part of the KFC hipster for over 50 years. Disappointed and I would have gone back, but they were closed.

Don’t appreciate a restaurant that doesn't put their all into a meal.

Wrong staff in an establishment will Ruin a business very quickly.

UPDATE : Spoke to Francina from KFC Dunkeld @ Centre, 279 Jan Smuts Ave, Dunkeld West, Johannesburg, 2196 and she refuse to take my call or even respond to me and we were there this past weekend and the food is shocking in that Branch.

Your restaurant is on of the best ,during the week I think it was Tuesday or Wednesday I got the best experience ever, I was helped by a lady by the name of Linda she was so friendly and helpful. To be honest I have never been to a kfc with friendly staff like these one you have gained one loyal customer through their service.
