Two years ago I said that this KFC was the best one I've been to. It was a pleasure to be a customer here as the place was clean and neat, the service was friendly and fast and the quality of the food was on par.
I have been noticing the steady decline of this specific KFC since and had the misfortune of visiting here yesterday. I am utterly shocked at what this place has come to in terms of service and value. I ordered a Sweet Chilly Cheese Twister box meal and upon reaching the window for payment and collection, was (not) greeted by a woman who did not have the decency of looking in my direction, much less greet me. I confirmed my order and paid after which she instructed me inaudibly to "wait in the parking I will bring it". I replied "excuse me" and she repeated the rude instruction without explanation as to why. I assumed it was to help other patrons behind me and parked my vehicle. After approximately 5 minutes a different woman came to my car with a few orders and presented me with a Boxmaster. I indicated that the order was wrong, where after she just left without saying anything. At this point I left my vehicle and headed inside where I (at last) got the attention of an employee and confirmed what I ordered (I was not given a slip, which further presented an issue) she then collected my order and gave it to me without a drink (strawberry mojito sort of thing). I queried this and she went and made the drink saying that the person who took my order did not say I ordered a drink (it is included in the box meal order).
Upon opening the meal, the twister had about 50% of nothing before reaching the modest filling of a very small piece of chicken, lettuce and sauce. One of the two wings included was also unfathomably small and actually made me laugh out loud.
All things considered the level of service and value was disappointing and I would not advise anyone to visit this establishment until management has taken action to make improvements. I am planning on ordering from this KFC again before the 15th of December 2020 to verify if this was perhaps an isolated incident, however I strongly suspect that it was not, given the steady decline up to this point. If disappointed once more I will not be visiting again, and will advise the rest of my company's employees to avoid this KFC.
I believe this KFC is a victim of our country's disastrous labour market and the problem will persist because of the customer facing employees' disregard for their employer and the customers.

I waited 47 minutes for the lady to bring my food. No apology whatsoever, instead she made an excuse that she didn't see me. Which was absurd as I kept my car lights on. I then gave up on them and used the castle hate branch instead.
This morning I decided to pass by to get zinger wings on my way to work and I'm extremely disappointed to that nothing has changed with this branch, except it's gotten worse.
