Very traumatizing, devastating encounter today. Unpleasant customer service. Order 1628 time 12:01pm Drive through Order, at the collection window I asked the lady if Order is complete inside the bag even the paid dip sources, she said yes. When I got home my order is not complete. I called at 12:45 and spoke to Vela who apologized, took my address, contact and said missing item is on the way by Uber driver. I waited for over an hour and called again , He answered and apologized again, smilingly that the only service they good at "We apologize Maam"...I waited for an hour, 13:48 I called again, He apologize offcourse, and called a supervisor to talk to me, I heard her on the background saying no she doesn't wanna talk she wasn't on the shift. He then asked to call me back and I asked how since I have been waiting for an hour and more than an hour for my order( mind you my address is less than 10mins from them).
After 30min, I called in and make them aware am now reporting them, he begged and asked me to wait again, after 20 min MrD driver Patrick called very rude and loud claiming he doesn't have address after I told him am outside i cant see him, he hanged phone on my ears while I was no giving him my address. I called the shop and reported this. Vela said he will call him. I wait again 30min and called in again..a different person answered and whom now was aware of my issue and they could see my number on their screen...few minutes later I was called, he said he is the manager, and I asked him after 2 hours of my paid food I must wait? Read moreOn the 17 July 2021 I went to Burger King New Market Mall. I was at drive-through and a lady who was on the window assisting me was eating her food while serving me. It was the first time coming across that kind behaviour especially since it was my first time buying from Burger king. I was bothered by the fact that she was eating because she was focussed more on her food than me. Since she was preoccupied by her food she went on and made a mistake by double charging me using my bank card. I asked her to call someone to come & assist then a guy called Thulani came through however I was asked to wait at the parking while they recrify the mistake. I waited for more than 30mins at the parking with no one coming to me. Eventually I went in to the store asked them to cancel my order because I was not getting any service & while my time was wasted. I spoke to both Palesa and Thulani about my cancellation they told me to leave my details as they will call me after 10 days to reserve my money back to my account. 10 days has passed and I have not been contacted by any one. Read moreThe experience I had was terrible. When I stopped the condescending employee whom I seemed to be offending by existing could not wait to get my order to get rid of me. When I stopped to pay, I was all but ignored. A hand came out to take my card and the employee decided on the wrong account without consulting me, before passing the machine for a pin. I got a dirty look because it declined to take money from an account that does not exist was enough to embarrass me in my company through not fault of my own. I requested crowns for the little ones waiting at home, I was ignored with a grunt. When I stopped to collect my food, I was handed off the cool drinks belonging to my order, I was then told to go wait in the parking lot because they had to first prepare everything. After a brief 20 minutes of waiting in front of the window because it was the only place with shade. We got old squished food that put all of the recipients who ate sick with explosive diarrhoea.
