I always find going to the drive through that the food is much better than ordering online. Only issue I have is that they don't answer their phones, so now I have to drive there to find out whether they have spicy sauce in stock because a week ago I ordered food but had to get it without the sauce. The food isn't the same without that sauce, I even went to 2 different nearby branches that time to get it but supplier was out of stock and no one can tell us when the sauce is back. None of the stores answers their phones which is frustrating. I'm not ordering again without it as it just isnt the same.
So my ratings: Food is 3 star because of the sauce (can change back to 5 star) Service 2 star not answering calls and no clear explanations as when there would be stock again. Also the communication via the intercom is not great and they frequently miss items for the order, so I can't trust them ever to get it right the first time. Atmosphere is 2 as I absolutely despite mcdonalds drive throughway's and its even worse going inside, not to mention cleanliness is not great. The boxes in which your food is packed are often stained and the cupholders look like it was reused from the bins, looking into the kitchen staff not wearing gloves and hairnets when handling your food and general kitchen looks dirty.
