McDonald's East Rand Value Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Yesterday evening my wife and myself went to this McDonald's to get some food, at the intercom I asked for 10 McNuggets with a Regular Fries, a Regular Coke and Jaleopeno sauce( They usually ask what sauce you want but I had to request it???) And I asked for a Regular Big Mac Meal. I was friendly, the lady answering the intercom was not! I repeated my order twice to her. We proceeded to the window where you pay, the guy at the window read the order to me and I corrected him twice, I said that I asked for a Regular chips with the nuggets, and according to my knowledge he added the chips and then told me the amount I needed to pay so I paid(R162) and noticed that on my slip he did not add the chips I requested for the 4th time??? I told the guy at the collection window that my order is still wrong and he called a lady to assist me, she explained to me that the nuggets does not come with chips( I know, that's why I asked for exstra chips!!!) The lady said she can add the chips but then I would have to pay R25 extra, after I already paid??? I didn't want to hold up the que so I decided to leave it. This kind of service is really unacceptable and poor I would not recommend going to this McDonald's, the food was also cold by the time we got home. And since when is McDonald's so expensive for...

Wish i could give a 0 star review my boyfriend and i saw the McDonald's grown up happy meal and went to McDonald's East Rand Value Mall to find out how it works and i was very disappointed in the service the lady told me i could get the socks as the "toy" with the grown up R49 happy meal i was really excited because it was really adorable we then paid and went to the second window to collect our food then they said to us no sorry you need to pay R40 for the socks you cant get it as the "toy" so i got really upset because why not say this before we pay because we only bought the deal because the lady said we can get the socks with so after the peraon who works at the window where you collect the food told as this we asked for the lady who told us we can get the socks then she had a other story where se said no so told us its R40 extra for the socks because that money goes to charity well if she told me this in the beginning i would have bought 2 pairs of socks and not the meal because it goes to a good cause and i really like giving back to charity i wouldn't have thought twice to purchase more than one pair of socks so i am really put off by there service and the way they lied to get met to spend more money rather than telling me the truth and i would have ended up...

Its amazing how one bad experience can change your view of a place and you never want to go back there ever again. I frequent this place 4 to 5 times a week but as things stand I will not be going there any time soon. I was robbed right in front of my eyes my car was broken into last Friday and my laptops stolen, while having food and watching my car parked just outside the window. A bigger car than mine parked behind my car scanned for gadgets and broke into my car and left. Apparently after this happened ad I went back to report and see if I could get any help from the restaurant, the workers casually told me this happens every Friday and Saturday. I felt even though I was carrying gadgets at least as customers we deserve a warning . Something written somewhere to say be careful there are thieves around. But there was nothing of that sort. I reported the incident hopefully the law will take its course. Warning to everyone out there, do not be a victim like me. This crime has to stop. If you are carrying laptops please leave them at home or rather avoid parking...
