KFC Jansen Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

They are advertising promos just to bring the people in, the shop pretends they don't know about it then they said it's online only (not applicable online actually), then that it's not run at the end of the month(even though the date it's mentioned in the promo) and when you call the customer service they tell you that it's covered in the T and C's. Conclusion run a attractive promo , bring the people in and dismiss it in the T and C's. The customer will buy something else eventually they are there and they are hungry. Will not go there again.

It is concerning for me too to have so many bad experiences with KFC because it is a brand I love amd after so much disappointment I stopped buying it, I know loosing 1 customer doesn't make a big difference but in the long run if the standard of quality is not maintained more customers will choose other options and there are  numerous.

My chain of bad experiences started with KFC Eastgate where the quality of food and service have gone down so much that I haven't bought there in more then a year so I started going to Jansen Park where the quality of the food is still good but you always struggle to get the promos or to order on line.Hope the customer service team will be able to address this further and correct...

The service was shocking and slow and when we got home we found that our order was short ...we had one coleslaw short which made me especially mad as my husband asked the assistant twice whether the order was complete. I have the slip with the assistants name and I complained on the web page but got no feedback. We also did not go back to the store as we live 105 kilometers away in Deneyville in the Free State. We also wanted a soft serve and was told they dont sell or put the softserve machine to use in the winter. So no ice cream was available either. Very poor for a franchise as big as KFC. The whole concept is going down the tubes as far as I'm concerned even the salad portion size is minute and the one coleslaw that was in the packet was slimy. Definitely not going...

The overall experience was great the chicken was well cooked and very tasty the staff was very welcoming and friendly what liked is how fast the service was right after placing my order I got my food brought to my table courtesy of the restaurant very impressed by the great service it was first time coming here and I must say the service is impeccably amazing the chicken is well cooked and very tasty well seasoned and we'll presented I will definitely come back they made my stay worth...
