Security risk it seems.

Scammed at the ATM at the Dischem entrance.My pin obtained at the Nedbank ATM, by three Individuals posing at security officials with name badges and all displayed , with attempts on my card for withdrawal of 45k,25K,8K See picture etc. Where was the security at the ATM provided by the Mall's management to curb this issue?

Why did my card go inside a Nedbank ATM that had a screen 'temporary out of service' and unable to get it out .I was told it is a security thing by the 'security'and when I insert it,it will work.Note :[I was just trying to withdraw for the ticket for the Uber , as it was told to me by the imposter that Ubers cannot enter the Mall's parking , without a parking ticket for the collection of their passengers and was scared was going to miss him .[All fake information

We are tourist and this is the first visit to your establishment but wait you know about this because apparently there are a few cases open already on this kind after speaking with managemet .So my question is.. where is or was your security to curb this issue ?

What's worse, is while I'am being told to withdraw cash for my incommig Uber driver, so as to get a ticket for him to enter the mall to collect us,otherwise he cant apparently [All fake information ] , another person (4th player) approaches my wife and daughter [while Iam not there] ,coercing them to go with them because the Uber is around the corner .

She did not oblige thank goodness.. You can imagine the rest ..We were all waiting initially at the Game entrance at 17.15 ..and when a real security guard heard what had happened from my wife ,that I went off to draw cash with the imposter ,he was very scared for them and very anxious and warned the two of them to leave immeadiately.

Very risky and concerning .Consider other options , until this issue is...

I recently visited East Rand Mall and was thoroughly impressed with my overall experience! The mall offers a great selection of nice shops, catering to various tastes and needs. From fashion to electronics, there's something for everyone. I was particularly pleased with the variety of restaurants and eateries, serving a range of cuisines to suit different palates.

While the mall does close a bit early, which might be a drawback for some, I didn't find it to be a major issue. The abundance of parking space was a welcome surprise, making it easy to find a spot and access the mall.

What struck me most was the cleanliness of the mall. The floors were spotless, and the restrooms were well-maintained and hygienic. It's clear that the management takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for shoppers.

Overall, I had a great time at East Rand Mall and would definitely recommend it to others. The combination of nice shops, restaurants, and ample parking, along with its clean and welcoming atmosphere, makes it a great destination for a day out or a quick shopping trip. Well done,...

I shopped at Pick N Pay East Point swiped at the till as per norm. Their pay point showed approved but their receipt printer did not process my receipt. A supervisor by the name of Neliswa was called ,she tried to fix the printer and half an hour later it became my problem. She insisted my trolley must be offloaded and I were to pay the second time so I could get a receipt and the first duplicated payment would bounce back in 24hrs as if it was my fault that PNP till equipment were out of service. Out of exhaustion and hunger and just wanting to get back home I did that after all you can't leave the store without a receipt considering the security at the door may request to see it. I paid R2 362.01 X2 and to this day the duplicated payment has not bounced back. TymeBank - a pick n pay partner is treating me like a criminal regardless of the proof I have provided. I've sent email to Pick N pay and none has received response. I am not happy about the service I have received at all I feel like I have...
