This is the worst Mcds EVER, I ordered 2 meals and only received one only to find that they didn’t even put a patty in the burger received! A whole other meal was missing and we had no choice but to drive to them at night to rectify it. What’s the point of ordering on Uber eats when they don’t even get an order right forcing you to leave your house and drive to them! Once we arrived the service was apalling, seems like they couldn’t even comprehend what went wrong and couldn’t understand the inconvenience of it all. 5 men looked at the order on the phone and still didn’t get it right, they still forgot to add a cold drink and fries! It is honestly way beyond unacceptable, get employees who understand customer service and who can comprehend putting an order together correctly the first time. Not adding a patty and not adding a whole other meal speaks to the lack of training and basic understanding of the employees. Seeing all the negative reviews and seeing that there is no change is disappointing . Address the issues ! There are enough reviews to prove that this isn’t a successful operation. We will never go back there again and you will continue to lose customers. Rather close down if you cannot run a franchise...

I was the victim of a 900 rand scam in that Mc Donald. Avoid this place! I went to the McDonald's Drive-Thru on February 18th for an order of 84 rand, which I paid by credit card (and no one else ever had the card in their hands). Two days later, I had the unpleasant surprise of seeing that 25 minutes after my payment, I had been charged 900 rand at that same McDonald's.

Since then, I've filed three complaints. Someone called me the first time and told me the manager would get in touch. The complaint was then closed as "resolved," but no one ever contacted me.

I have since gone to McDonald's eight times to try to sort the situation out, but nothing has changed. I contacted McDonald’s South Africa, and they told me to go to the Sandton McDonald’s for compensation. I went there yesterday, and the manager told me she wasn’t aware of anything and that she couldn’t do anything for me.

I have had two terrible experiences with a manger by the name of Neo at this McDonald’s. Tonight as I was ordering he kept interrupting my order, come to find out when I pay that I was over charged and did not want to refund my order. While asking him to take my details the car behind mentioned they were overcharged AS WELL! Which could’ve been avoided had he actually listened to our orders. On top of that while waiting and going back and fourth regarding my refund I see another employee put a McDonalds cup on the drink stand and pressed the button for a little bit of sprite, drinks it and puts the cup back for the next order!!!! Previous incident I placed an order of a Oreo McFlurry with chocolate topping a few weeks ago and he handed me something that looked absolutely disgusting and when I asked what that was because it didn’t look like smooth chocolate topping he said I should take it.
