Mr.panda Chinese Food&Sushi — Restaurant in Gauteng

Terrible, terrible service... We ordered food at 16h45. We were told the food would be ready in 30 - 45 minutes. We went to fetch the food at 18h15 and the food was still not ready. We were told that some of it wasn't available. Please note: we had already paid for all the food. They then told us to swap it for something else. Which required us to wait longer. We waited until about 18h45/18h50 before we got our food.

The attitude of the people in the restaurant was non-chelant and no one seemed to care that they had taken 2 hours to give us our food. The sushi was average and the containers were ridiculously overloaded with ginger and Wasabi. Like enough to start our own takeaway at home.

Overall just not what they used to be. Don't think we will return...

I am Sorry to comment on social media as this is shared with your other partners, as your rules says, it will show openly. The 1st time I ordered it was delicious, it was freshly made. Therefore I ordered again. The 2nd order was also not as perfect as the first. This last one was very dissapointing. I am very dissapointed with the Mix Chow Fan, it was not fresh. I had to put a fork in to cut the rice which was like a pitza doughso hard and stuck together. I also think the oil was reused. The meat and the chicken was tough like old meat. It is difficult for our online people to see the end result online ,therefore we can not check if it were old or freshly made food. It looked and taste like it was from the previous 2 days. Sorry. We made a booking for a group of us to have sushi. The lady didn't take my details or specify their closing time. We got there and they Informed us that the kitchen was closed and we could only order takeaways. We took a look at the menu and there wasn't much on it. I complained to the lady that I had made a booking so her response was yes well you didn't tell us what time you were coming to which I responded you didn't specify your kitchen closes at 7. She then told me to check Google and according to Google they close at 5 so that's a whole confusion considering my friend ate there a while back...
