Wimpy Woodbridge Square — Restaurant in Gauteng

What horrible staff! First question i asked was if they had good stable wifi. They said they did. 10 mins later, we was still battling to stay logged in. When the waitress came back for the main meals order, we declined and asked to pay for the drinks,have them put in "to-go" cups and be on our way. She got very upset when we questioned her about the wifi and how it wasn't stable. She started shouting at us saying that's not her problem and she doesn't see it as anything of her concern. Said if we came for wifi, tough luck, its our problem, not hers. We do have unlimited fibre at home and this was an emergency. I could have bought a R10 special bundle on my phone for 1GB and do my work in the car but chose to sit down and was prepare to spend on food. Well, after this, we didn't bother leaving a tip so maybe that is why she was so mad. She was still shouting at us across the parking lot. I have been a loyal customer of Wimpy Woodbridge for the past six years, visiting almost daily. Unfortunately, a recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. During my last visit, I ordered a regular filter coffee, as I often do. However, when the bill arrived, I was charged 50% more simply for requesting milk with my coffee.

When I politely raised this concern, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, which was both surprising and disheartening given my long-standing patronage.

This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the establishment, and I hope management takes steps to address such issues...
