Hands down the worst KFC I have ever visited. Last night, for the THIRD TIME, I ordered through the drive thru. Waited for 20mins (the first and second time was also between 20-30mins!) behind a vehicle. On the first visit which was round 20h00, I got out of my vehicle, extremely frustrated, questioned the situation. The employee was busy packing the clients' order, the client then told me he was waiting for a specific item and that he did ask whether he could wait elsewhere for his order but the employee told him he couldn't. Upon him driving off, I asked the employee and she simply blamed the client, stating that he was hostile and refused to wait anywhere but at the drive thru (I never detected any hostility from the guy! But I accepted her explanation) By now, the que was ridiculous. Last night, arrived and ordered at 23h40-there was only one vehicle in front of me and again.... Waited and waited and waited!!! My patience and frustration now much higher than before, as it was very late, everything was quiet, safety being my main concern and I had left my 81 year old gran alone at home with my 3 year old... My order was basic and supposed to be quick. Again, I got out of my vehicle in the pouring rain, demanded answers! The reason this time round, was that they were waiting for wings!!!!!!! I was enraged, again asked about a grill order parking to which the employee's response was "SORRY!" As if the wait wasn't enough, the food, once again was prepped like a dogs breakfast, the twister had no mayo on it.. The burger was dry and the side order of chips consisted of 10 unsalted chips! Read moreYesterday, 25 Sept 2025, we bought food from this KFC for someone that has a rear liver disease and suffer from a lot of pain. As per usual we ordered a streetwise 2 pap & gravy. When she tried to ate the pap & gravy we discovered that the gravy tastes sour. I contacted an 'area manager' at about 17:38, but he told ma that was a franchise store and he has no authority over it. This morning I asked my friend to call. The lady - supervisor lady told him that she will repalce it wit a large 'one' next time we visit. When he went there a gent assisted him and asked for the large ""...."". They brought him a large gravy .... My word. He asked them to return the portion of the sour gravy and another very rude lady, that laughed all the time, told him she threw it away. He insisted she gave it back and she went to fetch it. He did not take the gravy they offered as it is a mere slap in the face. One would thought they will investigate or something, but that's how they operate. Please Please avoid this outlet as it is about time we stand together and show them what customer service really means. What an absolute pathetic...

I ordered an Oreo crusher through the drive through, it was prepared immediately but there was an almost 20 minutes delay "people were on lunch" according to the cashier. Upon picking up my order, I was met by an obviously annoyed who didn't even greet me but demanded my till still, while she took her time getting my order, I saw a watery crusher placed on the table. I was given the crusher and when I told them that the crusher has been sitting for 20 minutes uncovered and melting and that it was actually disgusting that they would expect someone to consume such dirt, the server looked at me with an attitude and shoved my food through my car window. I drove off and threw the crusher out the window. The general level of service at KFC outlets nationwide is disappointing mainly because they serve the majority of black people because black people are not expected...
